New Delhi: Team India's Test captain Virat Kohli's review on the film '83' is finally out. The movie shows the journey of Indian cricket team winning their first-ever World Cup title in 1983.

The star batter liked the movie very much and has given his review of  the Ranveer Singh-starrer '83'. Virat, in a tweet, said that the movie will immerse anyone in emotions and memorable moments of the 1983 World Cup.

Virat Kohli also praised Ranveer Singh in another tweet.

"Couldn't have relived the most iconic moment of Indian cricket history in a better manner. A fantastically made movie which immerses you in the events and the emotion of the world cup in 1983. Splendid performances as well. @RanveerOfficial was a different level  Overall. Great job everyone! @therealkapildev @kabirkhankk", tweeted Kohli.

Ranveer Singh in the role of Kapil Dev

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh played the role of Kapil Dev in the film based on India's 1983 World Cup triumph. If reports are to be believed, fans are very much liking this film and it is getting some great feedback from the critics as well.

Kapil Dev's historic innings in a match against Zimbabwe will also be seen in this film, which has no video recording as BBC employees were then on strike during the 1983 India-Zimbabwe World Cup match.
