Sri Lankan cricketer Kusal Mendis was arrested by the police on Sunday in what seems like a hit and run case as he knocked down a 64-old pedestrian while driving, and the man eventually succumbed to his injuries in the wee hours of Sunday. The Lankan wicket-keeper batsman's vehicle hit a 64-year-old man, killing him in the wee hours, in the Colombo suburb of Panadura, police said while issuing a statement.
