New Delhi: Pakistan pacer Hassan Ali tied the knot with Indian national Samiya Arzoo. Even before the wedding ceremony in Dubai, various photos and videos went viral on social media where Ali could be seen participating in the rituals. 


India's star tennis player Sani Mirza wished Hasan Ali's wife Samiya on her birthday. Mirza replied to Hasan Ali's tweet which said, "To my wife my soulmate my love happy birthday to you Samiya. Wish you many more years of happiness in sha Allah".

To this Sania Mirza said, "Wish Samiya from me lots of love". Hasan Ali got married to Indian-origin girl Samiya Arzoo last year in Dubai.


Last month, Samiya Arzoo, using the ‘Ask me Anything’ feature on Instagram as a tool to connect with well-wishers and fans amid COVID-19 lockdown, named team India’s captain Virat Kohli as her favourite batsman.

Samiya Arzoo's husband and Pakistan's ace fast bowler Hasan Ali has not played for Pakistan since the 2019 World Cup in England due to his constant battle with injuries. The ace speedster got ruled out of the Test series against Sri Lanka due to fractured ribs.
