A viral clip from a cricket match, featuring a local cricketer using his 'alien skills' to prevent the ball from going over the boundary rope, has taken the social media by storm. The player's out-of-the-world aerobatic skills have got the attention of international cricketers all over the world.

The viral video shows a cricketer jumping in the air to prevent the ball from going for a six. The ball looked destined to land outside the boundary rope but the fielder unleashed the footballer within to execute a perfectly-timed 'bicycle kick', making sure that the ball not only just landed inside the rope but also in safe hands on another fielder to dismiss the batter.


India batting icon Sachin Tendulkar responded to the viral video with an epic reaction."This is what happens when you bring a guy who also knows how to play football!!," Tendulkar wrote in a tweet. 






England's former skipper Michael Vaughan called it "surely the greatest catch of all time".
