However, the Indian legend has managed to win only one Grand Slam (Australian Open 2024), and the Indian fans will be expecting a better finish from the French Open 2024, at the upcoming Wimbledon in July 2024.

Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden started their French Open 2024 journey against the unseeded Brazilian pair of Orlando Luz and Marcelo Zormann Da Silva, where the world number 2 prevailed with a significant 7-5, 4-6, 6-4 win. The pair then received a walkover and straight away faced Sriram Balaji and Miguel Angel Reyes-Varela for a spot in the quarter finals.
Bopanna came out triumphant with a 6-7, 6-3, 7-6 win. The pair then faced Belgian pair of Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen in the quarter-finals, where they won 7-6, 5-7, 6-1, which marked their fourth successive semi-finals appearance in a Grand Slam.
Sadly, their magical run came to an end at the hands of thr Italian pair of Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori, as they endured a defeat by the score of 5-7, 6-2, 2-6, and thus, bowed out of the Grand Slam.
