After three straight defeats and staying at no. 20 for a couple of weeks in the starting phase of the Premier League, Arsenal finally have their biggest victory so far. The Gunners defeated Tottenham Spurs by 3-1 in a home game. The London Derby.

Smith-Rowe scored the first goal for Arsenal in the 12th minute of the game which was assisted by Bukayo Saka. The second was scored by Aubameyang while the third goal was scored by Bukayo Saka. All these three goals came in the first half of the game. Tottenham kept on pressing but only managed to score a goal in the 79th minute.

Take a look at all the goals here:

Tottenham is facing serious issues with Harry Kane, their captain, who was reluctant to stay in the team and had asked for a transfer in the summer window. His reluctance is slowly reflecting in his performance. Usually Spurs' top scorer, Kane has failed to score or even assist a single goal this season. Tottenham has lost three straight games and slipped to the 11th position in the league.

On the other hand, Arsenal is gaining some momentum. They have jumped to 10th place ahead of Tottenham after the win.

It was an unusual Premier League weekend with Liverpool being involved in a 3-3 draw against Brentford while Man United losing to Aston Villa. Man City got the better of Chelsea and got on equal points with United.

Next week, fans would be excited to watch Liverpool vs Manchester City at Anfield Stadium.
