Mercedes secured another 1-2 in their dominant F-1 season as Hamilton's team-mate Valtteri Bottas finished the race held in the Spa circuit at Belgium on the second spot, ahead of Red Bull's Max Verstappen.
The victory at the Belgian Grand Prix propelled Hamilton to a 47 points lead, almost two clear wins - ahead of Red Bull's Mark Verstappen in the Formula One World championship.
With his fourth career win at the Belgian circuit, Hamilton drew level with Jim Clark and Kimi Raikkonen on third in the all-time list for Spa victories, behind Michael Schumacher and Ayrton Senna.
Meanwhile, it turned out to be a disappointing race for Ferrari as both their drivers finished outside the podium with Sebastian Vettel ending up at the 13th place and Charles Leclerc finishing a place below at 14th.

However it was a massive result for Renault as Daniel Ricciardo crossed the finishing grod at a very comfortable fourth, with the Australian even taking the bonus point for the fastest lap with a fantastic charging effort on the 44th and final tour.
Hamilton's win at Spa was his fifth victory in seven races this year and overall the 89th of his glittering F-1 career.
The six-time world champion is just two more victories short of F-1 and Ferrari legend Michael Schumacher's all-time record of 91 Grand Prix wins. The British driver has a realistic chance of equalling Schumacher's feat in two races' time in Mugello at the 1,000th anniversary race for Ferrari.
