NBA 2023-24: Legendary basketball player Kevin Durant created history on January 29 as he became the 10th player in the history of National Basketball Association (NBA) to reach the 28k mark of points in the most prestigious league in the history of the sport. The 35-year old achieved this feat by scoring a 3-pointer for his new side Phoenix Suns (previous being Brooklyn Nets) against Orlando Magic in their NBA league fixture.

The veteran managed to chip in merely 15 points today, which are way below his established standards, while teammate and new sensation Devon Booker was on fire with 44 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists, that included 1 three-pointer as well.  However, the valiant efforts of both couldn't prevent a shocking defeat for Phoenix Suns against Orlando Magic as they were beaten 98-113 by the Magic at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida.
