Indian cricket team's former all-rounder Irfan Pathan has reacted to the hate and criticism over tweeting a blurred photo of his wife Safa Baig on social media.


Irfan is receiving a lot of hate on social media after posting his wife's blurred face, with some trolls jumping to the conclusion that the cricketer-turned-commentator is not allowing his wife Safa to reveal her face.

Reacting to this, Irfan Pathan once again tweeted the same blurred photo from his official handle and wrote, “This picture is posted by my queen from my son’s account. We are getting lot of hate. Let me post this here as well. She blurred this pic by her choice. And Yes, I’m her mate not her master”.



Irfan Pathan often shares his wife's photo on social media, but her face is hidden. Recently, Pathan had gone to Russia with his wife, there too his wife's face was hidden in every photo posted by him. Pathan married Safa Baig in the year 2016. She used to do modeling in Jeddah but after marrying Pathan she gave up modeling. The adorable couple together have a son, whose name is Imran Pathan.
