Right after the ICC Women's World T20 Cup 2023, all eyes have turned to the inaugural season of the Women's Premier League. The tournament commenced on March 04 has already witnessed  each team playing at least one game in this five-side competition. Mumbai Indians are the only team to have won both their matches as they followed their dominating 143-run win over Gujarat Giants  with a 9 wicket in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The Bangalore franchise, meanwhile, have lost both their games so far. Before the defeat to Mumbai, the Smriti Mandhana-led side had lost to the Delhi Capitals on Sunday. In addition, Gujarat too have two losses from two matches and post the hammering from Mumbai in their opener they succumbed to a 3-wicket loss in their encounter against UP Warriorz.

Delhi and UP have played a solitary match each so far in the competition, with both sides coming out on top in their matches. At the moment, it is the net run rate which is differentiating these teams at the table but not for too long as the two teams will face off later on Tuesday in their second match of the competition which will be played at the DY Patil Sports Academy, Navi Mumbai with the winner set to overtake the other.

After the conclusion of the first four matches, here is the updated points table of WPL 2023.
