In a recent incident, it was Suresh Raina who did not miss a chance to troll former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi.

As Raina was commentating during an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match, the former India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star was asked if he would consider coming back from retirement. Raina gave a hilarious response to this as he said: "Suresh Raina hu, Shahid Afridi nahi (I am Suresh Raina, Not Shahid Afridi)."

Notably, Afridi had taken a retirement U-turn and gone on to play competitive cricket.

KKR Await Other Finalist In IPL 2024


As far as IPL 2024 are concerned, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Qualifier 1 to proceed to the final. In the Eliminator Rajasthan Royals (RR) beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). That means KKR are set to play the winner of RR vs SRH game in the summit clash. Both Qualifier 2 and the IPL 2024 final are scheduled to be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday (May 26).


While KKR (2012, 2014) are two-time Indian Premier League champions, SRH (2016) and RR (2008) have also won a title each.
