Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batter Ambati Rayudu graciously treated CSK team players with a Biryani party in Hyderabad ahead of their upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match. The CSK players enjoyed a Biryani feast at the team hotel as the defending champions prepare for their fourth game of the current IPL season. They will face off against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on April 5 (Friday).
Hyderabad's renowned Biryani cuisine was on full display as Rayudu arranged for an abundance of it to be delivered to the team hotel to greet his former Chennai teammates. A video shared by the Super Kings on social media captures the players relishing the Biryani, thoroughly enjoying their time together.

'Mandatory Biryani Party When In ATR's Town'
The franchise also shared a picture from the party, featuring the host, Rayudu, posing for the camera alongside Ravindra Jadeja, Deepak Chahar, Shivam Dube, and Mukesh Chaudhary. The caption read: "The Mandatory Biryani Party when in ATR's town!"
This wasn't the first instance of Rayudu playing host to the Chennai Super Kings. In IPL 2023, he organized a Biryani gathering for his teammates. Even after retiring from IPL duties with CSK, Rayudu upheld the tradition of treating the CSK players to a Biryani party.
Chennai Super Kings kicked off the IPL 2024 season against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), where they bested the Virat Kohli-starrer RCB by six wickets. They followed it up with another win as they defeated Gujarat Giants (GT). However, they faced a defeat in their third game of the IPL 2024, where they lost to the Delhi Capitals (DC).
