Mumbai: Kolkata Knight Riders came extremely close to win their previous match against Chennai Super Kings, but they failed to score even after a spirited performance by their lower order, however, they could take some inspiration from the CSK in today’s game against Rajasthan Royals. The match will be played at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium at 7:30 pm, IST.

Both the teams have played four and won 1 match, while losing the other three that they have played. Rajasthan Royals’ trouble were increasing as their top order is failing to perform as per expectations. Jos Buttler and David Miller have to step up if Rajasthan want to pose a threat to the opposition. With the non-availibility of Jofra Archer, Liam Livingstone and Ben Stokes, RR only have 5 overseas options to choose from.

On the other hand, KKR can make some changes from their previous game. Harbhajan Singh can come into the side in place of Nagarkoti as he has experience of bowling at the Wankhede Stadium.

The head-to-head between the two teams favors KKR. KKR and RR have played 22 matches against each other, out if which Kolkata won 12 and Rajasthan won 10 matches.
