David Warner Emotional Message: Mumbai and Hyderabad went head to head in the IPL match yesterday. Hyderabad fans were expecting to see star player David Warner play in the team's last match. However, fans were disappointed and Warner was not given a chance to play in this match. Before the game, Warner posted an emotional message for his fans, thanking them for their support. With this, Warner's departure from the Hyderabad team before the next season is almost certain.

Warner posted on his Instagram, "Thank you for the memories created. To all the fans, you have been a driving force for our team, always give 100%. I can’t thank you all enough for the support shown. It’s been a great ride. My family and I are going to miss you all! Best wishes to the Hyderabad team for its last match today."

Warner's form in IPL 14 has not been good

David Warner is going through a very bad phase in the IPL this year. After a disappointing performance for Sunrisers Hyderabad this year, David Warner has hinted that he has played his last match for the team. Earlier, team coach Trevor Bayliss had also said that Warner would not be part of playing 11 in the rest of the season. Warner's journey with Hyderabad in the IPL is believed to be over. Warner has scored only 195 runs for his team in the IPL this year.

Warner - Hyderabad's 'run-machine'

David Warner proved to be the run machine for Hyderabad in the last six consecutive seasons. Warner scored 528 runs in 2014, 562 runs in 2015, 848 runs in 2016, 641 runs in 2017, 692 runs in 2019 and 548 runs in 2020. David Warner and Steve Smith were dropped in IPL 2018. The two players were found guilty of ball-tampering in that year's Test match against South Africa in Cape Town. After which he was dropped from the IPL.
