RCB vs KXIP Toss Update: Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore have won the toss and opted to bat first against Kings Eleven Punjab (KXIP) in Match 31 of the round robin league stage at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Sharjah (UAE).

In the crucial match, RCB will aim to move up the points table and shelf themselves in the top half rank when they take on bottom-of-table team KXIP in the 31st match of the IPL 2020 today.


After winning the toss, RCB skipper Kohli said that his team will go on ground unchanged whereas KL Rahul-led Kings Eleven Punjab will have three changes in the game - Mandeep got injured yesterday, and Prabsimran and Mujeeb miss out. Gayle, Hooda and Ashwin come in.

When the two teams last met at Dubai around a week back, Kings Eleven Punjab thumped RCB by 97 runs. Meanwhile, KXIP's win against Kohli and Co. happens to be thier only win of the season before enduring a 5-match losing streak.

Can the 'Universal Boss' Chris Gayle change KXIP's dwindling fortunes and help his team stay afloat against the 'Red and Black'  Brigade. The action gets underway at the batting heaven at Sharjah in a few minutes from now.
