Be it India or the middle East, Indian and RCB skipper Virat Kohli's training routine stays intact with him and he never is far away from doing some training sessions indoors or outdoors to be at the top of his superlative fitness levels.

After landing up in the UAE, Virat Kohli did not waste any time to get his fitness regime underway ahead of the upcoming season as he kick-started his training inside his room.

As per the stringent BCCI rules to maintain social distancing amid the Covid-19 pandemic, no player or official from any franchisee is allowed to leave his room for six days. They have been given fitness equipment to train and Kohli is sparing no efforts to use them and keep his fitness levels high ahead of the upcoming season.

RCB took to twitter to share Kohli's photograph after training with the caption: "No days off for Captain Kohli!"

The video of their arrival was shared by the RCB on their official Twitter handle.

The RCB skipper had not joined the rest of the RCB squad at Bengaluru and instead took a chartered flight from Mumbai to Dubai to get to the UAE. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, he was in isolation during his time in Mumbai and did not want to risk himself by travelling to Bengaluru.

Kohli arrived in Dubai on the same day as other RCB players landed in UAE. Majority of players of all the franchises have reached UAE and have entered self-isolation.

Six out of the 8 IPL franchises have already arrived in the UAE over the week after the teams started ferrying their players on August 20, they will be allowed to hit the field from August 27. Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and RCB ferried their players to UAE on August 21. The members of Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals travelled to UAE on the same flight on Sunday (August 23).
