Jakarta [Indonesia], June 17 (ANI): Indian shuttlers Kidambi Srikanth and HS Prannoy will look to enter the final of the men's singles event of the ongoing Indonesia Open Super Series Badminton tournament when they play their respective semi-final matches today.

Srikanth, who produced a rich vein of form as he swept aside Tzu Wei Wang of Chinese Taipei 21-15, 21-14 in a one-sided quarterfinal clash yesterday, will take on second-seed Son Wan Ho of Korea for a place in the summit showdown.

On the other hand, Prannoy, who survived a scare against eight-seed Chen Long of China, will take on Japan's Kazumasa Sakai in his last-four contest.

In a thrilling last-eight encounter that lasted one hour and 15 minutes, Prannoy registered 21-18,16-21,21-19 win over his Chinese opponent. (ANI)
