New Delhi: A heartwarming gesture of an Indigo Airlines pilot for a cricket fan is winning the internet. During the flight, a fan asked IndiGo flight pilot to give him an update on the latest score during India vs South Africa T20 World Cup 2022 match on Sunday. The pilot happily passed on a handwritten scorecard to the passenger, scribbled on a tissue paper, which read: SA 33/03, 6 overs, IND 133/9. A Twitter user by the name Vikram Garga shared the note on the micro-blogging site on October 30, and wrote in his caption, "India lost today but @IndiGo6E won my heart. Pilot sent a note mid-air when requested for score update."

IndiGo responded to the fan's tweet saying, "We're glad to see this. We wish to see you on board soon again."

"Epic. The pilot and also @IndiGo6E deserve a shoutout," a Twitter user wrote.

"Next time I fly during a cricket match, I will insist on sitting in the cockpit," another Twitter user commented on the post.
