New Delhi: The Indian cricket team will tour New Zealand after the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, ANI reported. The Men in Blue will play a series of three T20s and as many as ODIs on the New Zealand tour. The T20 and ODI series will be played between India and New Zealand from November 18 to 30. Next year, New Zealand will tour India for a limited overs series.

Team India will play the fifth and final Test against England from Friday, which is the remainder of the five-match Test series played between the two teams last year. After this, both teams will play a series of three T20 and as many ODIs between the two teams.

"India will arrive in New Zealand at the conclusion of the world cup to play the BLACKCAPS in three T20s at Wellington, Tauranga and Napier, and three ODIs at Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch," NZC said in a release.

"The BLACKCAPS will then depart for the sub-continent for a tour of Pakistan and a short form series in India, before returning in early February to prepare for the two Tests against England at Tauranga (D/N) and Wellington."

The Indian team will then tour the West Indies in July-August for a series of three One Day Internationals and five T20 Internationals, which will take place before the T20 World Cup.

New Zealand will also play a day-night Test against England amid a hectic international schedule, while six teams will tour NZ in the 2022-23 season. Apart from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, England and Sri Lanka men's team and Bangladesh women's team will tour New Zealand.
