Young all-rounder Shivam Dube’s maiden fifty and an important cameo from wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant helped team India post 170/7 against West Indies in the second T20I at the Greenfield Stadium on Sunday. With a 1-0 series lead against Windies, the Indian bowling attack will aim for a series-win in the three-match T20I series.

Team India will look to put a huge total on a batting surface that supports batsmen more than the bowlers. Anything below 180-190 on such good batting pitch will straight away put the pressure on Indian bowlers, even if the track provides a bit of spin in the second innings.

Even with likely rains, the pitch will favour the batsmen,’ said Biju.
