New Delhi: Former India opener Virender Sehwag is facing fans' anger for his latest remark after a video is going viral on the internet from Day 3 of the fifth Test between India and England at the Edgbaston on Sunday. The incident took place when Indian bowler Mohammed Siraj removed England wicketkeeper-batter Sam Billings for 36. Sam's wicket was widely cheered by the Indian side, especially Kohli, who did a celebratory dance to express his happiness.
Sehwag was performing the duties in the Hindi commentary box, quipped: “Chammiya naach rahi hai waha."
By the end of the third day's play, the Indian team took a strong lead of 257 runs in the second innings. However, former Indian captain Virat Kohli has once again failed with the bat in the big game.
