Roland Garros 2024: World Number 1 Iga Swiatek produced a stunning comeback victory over former World number 1 Naomi Osaka, as the Polish tennis player came from 5-2 down in the third set to win 7-6, 1-6, 7-5. With the win, the title contender moves into third round and will be aimimg to avoid further hiccups, as she and Aryna Sabalenka are the biggest title conteders at French Open 2024.


















It was a heartbreaking loss for Naomi Osaka, as she choked the match from match point, and the Japanese received a well-deserveds standing ovation for her exceptional performance against Iga Swiatek, which though paid no dividents.

The Japanese carried the momentum into the third round and reache on the match point, only for a 'certain' World number 1 to script off one of the most iconic comeback victory in Women's Singles history to win the match and progress into Round 3.
