New Delhi: Pakistan women's cricket team registered their first win in the ongoing ICC Women's World Cup by defeating mighty West Indies. This was Pakistan's first win in the tournament after losing back-to-back 18 games. Post the much-awaited win, the 'Girls in Green' were quite thrilled. A video is going viral on social media in which Pakistani cricketer Najiha Alvi can be seen showcasing her singing talent.
The video was posted by ICC on Instagram, in which Alvi was spotted interacting with sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan, India cricketer Jasprit Bumrah's wife. Sanjana asked Pakistan skipper Bismah Maroof "who is most likely to start singing on the team bus". To which she replied, "Najiha Alvi". After being requested by everyone to sing, Najiha started singing Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh's song.

Finally putting an end to their losing streak, Pakistan defeated West Indies in a rain-hit match to secure their maiden win in ICC Women's World Cup 2022. However, this win for Pakistan came too late as they are already out of the race to the semi-finals, but India made big gains from Pakistan's win. Now Team India can reach the semi-finals even if they win one of their remaining two matches.
