Arsenal Vs Brentford: Arsenal fans are buzzing around the world as Kai Havertz has scored a goal that can potentially be a title decided in coming months, as the German player scored a decisive winner in the 86th minute against Brentford. Kai Havertz met a cross from right-back, Ben White, and scored a glancing header past goalkeeper Mark Flekken, as Mikel Arteta's men walked out with a hard-fought 2-1 win.
Such has been the resurgence and rise of the German that Arsenal fans have their own chant for the player and the lyrics goes like this:
"Tsamina mina, eh eh, waka waka, eh.. ehh..., 60 million down the drain, Kai Havertz scores again"
The Arsenal fans, who turned up for the fixture in huge numbers, were seen chanting the chant after full-time, as they were in awe with the player who delivered when it mattered the most.
In the post-match conference, Kai Havertz was asked about the feeling that the crowd chanted his name, and the player acknowledged the chant and felt very "special" and grateful for the love the fans pour on the German.
Arsenal survived a scare in their 2-1 win against Brentford, as even though they dominated the proceedings, it was a silly error from keeper Aaron Ramsdale that once looked like a pivotal point in Arsenal's title race, but goals from Declan Rice and Kai Havertz saw Arsenal win the fixture and go on top of the table. The Gunners will be hoping for a draw in the Liverpool Vs Manchester City fixture on Sunday, March 10, as a draw will lead the sides share the spoils and with Arsenal having a superior goal difference, they will remain on top and in driver's seat for the title race ahead.
