New Delhi: Afghanistan defeated Zimbabwe by 106 runs in the fifth and final ODI to clinch 5-match series 2-3 in Harare.



The tourists posted 253/9 with Rahmat Shah scoring 50 and latest IPL recruit Mohammad Nabi firing 48 runs. Rain saw Zimbabwe target revised to 161 in 22 overs by Duckworth-Lewis method.  



Amir Raza and Mohammad Nabi clinched 3 wickets each to decimate the hosts.



Zimbabwe’s innings lasted only for 83 delivers, making it shortest in the one day international history.



The previously the record was owned by Namibia when Australia bowled them out in 84 deliveries in 2003 World Cup.
