Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024 points table, most wickets, most runs: Gujarat Giants strengthened their position in the playoffs race by defeating UP Warriorz by 8 runs at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Monday. Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians, placed at the top two spots in WPL points table, have secured their spots in WPL playoffs, with both teams aiming to secure the top position and secure a direct spot in the final of WPL 2024.

Royal Challengers Bangalore will qualify for the playoffs if they win their last league match against Mumbai Indians on March 12. With only three wins in eight matches, UP Warriorz find themselves on the brink of missing out on the playoffs.

A lot depends on the outcome of the MI vs RCB fixture on Tuesday evening. A loss for Royal Challengers Bangalore will keep bottom-placed sides alive to qualify for knockouts. If RCB wins they qualify for playoffs but if they lose, Gujarat will need to secure a win in their final fixture against Delhi Capitals with a substantial margin to surpass RCB and UPW with a better Net Run Rate (NRR).
