Windies power hitter Shai Hope yet again proved why he is recognised a super consistent scorer in the white ball format. Hope emerged as the star of the run chase with an unbeaten 108* to power Windies to a five-wicket win against Afghanistan and seal a 3-0 series win.

Shai Hope was in red-hot form with the bat as he gifted himself a belated 26th birthday present - 7th ODI century from 133 balls including 7 fours and 3 sixes. Hope now has 7 hundred & 14 fifties from 67 matches in ODI format.

West Indies bowlers ensured they have a great start as Afghanistan stumbled to 141/5 batting first, with speedster Keemo Paul taking three wickets. It was Hazratullah Zazai who rescued his team’s sinking ship.

Mohammad Nabi and Asghar Afghan revived their innings after early blows and added over 100 runs for the sixth wicket partnership, giving the Afghanistan bowlers a decent total of 249/7 to defend from their 50 overs.
