New Delhi: Cricketers interacting with spectators is not an unfamiliar sight but how about a high five after chasing the ball to the boundary? David Warner did exactly that.

Australia batsman David Warner may be fierce to the opposition bowlers but when it comes to wowing the crowd, few can match the mannerisms of this pocket size dynamite. The star opening batsman gave a proof of why he is regarded as one of the most popular cricketers going around during the third day of the day-night Test between Australia and Pakistan at Brisbane.

Having set a near impossible target of 490 to a struggling Pakistan batting team, Australia were on course with couple of wickets even as Pakistan skipper Azhar Ali stood as a rock.

Pakistan were 63/2 when Azhar Ali played one of his signature cover drives off the bowling of Jackson Bird. David Warner, standing at mid-off sprinted like a hare to chase down the ball before it crossed the ropes but in the end the ball beat Warner just by a whisker.

Instead of grimacing about the boundary Warner gave a few high fives to the spectators near the boundary rope on his follow through and made their day.
