Yesterday's Barbados Tridents vs Trinbago Knight Riders game turned out to be a thrilling contest. The Knight Riders were batting first. Bravo (54 off 36 balls) and Pollard (41 off just 17 balls) played a mix of offensive shots to help their team set a formidable first innings total of 185/3.

Pollard looked in sublime touch as he smashed some stunning one-hand sixes to destroy the Tridents bowlers.

For Tridents, Johnson Charles and Shai Hope showed some resistance by attaining a  a 68-run partnership against a lethal bowling attack that was bowling some good length deliveries to keep a tight grip on them and not give away easy runs.

After Hope's departure for a handy 36, wickets kept on tumbling and the Tridents failed to steady their sinking ship. Charles batted well and tried very hard to keep his team alive in the chase but after him getting out for 52, Knight Riders' bowlers restricted Tridents to 166/6 and helped Knight Riders win the thriller by 19 runs.
