Ahead of the first T20I against Ireland on June 27, the Indian cricket team had an intense practice session on Tuesday.


Indian batsmen with the likes of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Virat Kohli played a few quicker deliveries during the session. Head coach Ravi Shastri was also present at the ground and kept a close watch on all the practicing batsmen.


The activities carried out during the training session were captured on camera and the video was shared on the official Twitter handle of the BCCI.

Meanwhile, legendary India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s son, Arjun helped the Indian batters at the nets. He ran in and bowled fast in the nets organised for Virat Kohli's men.







Arjun was selected in the U-19 squad for the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka. He also attended the part of a month-long camp in Dharamsala, organized for a group of U-19 cricketers in April this year.


The Indian cricket team arrived in London on June 23 for the much-awaited series against England. Before that, the men-in-blue are scheduled to play a 5-match series against Ireland. The first match will be played on June 27 while the second game will take place on June 27. Both the games will be played in Dublin.
