Former Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik may have had bid adieu to the ODIs but his hard-hitting skills remain intact which were recently witnessed in the ongoing GT20 Canada. Batting for his team Vancouver Knights on Thursday, Malik grabbed the limelight by breaking window glasses with some huge sixes.

The veteran Pakistan batsman, who is also his team’s captain, shattered two different glass windows by hitting two sixes during the match against Brampton Wolves in Qualifier 1 of the tournament.

The incident happened in the 13th over when Kiwi spinner Ish Sodhi bowled the second ball and Malik clobbered for a 68-metre six over cover. The ball went on to hit the window and the glass was left into pieces.

His bat continued to hit the ball in a similar manner and his another six came off Wahab Riaz’s ball. It went to backward point for a six and it also broke another window.
