Mumbai’s team in the Vijay Hazare Trophy looks the strongest in the competition. They are the most dominant team in the tournament as they won five matches on a trot. They are back to being the bosses of domestic cricket in India as they enter the Vijay Hazare Quarter finals with ease.


Their captain, Prithwi Shaw is leading by example. He scored 227 of 152 balls against Puducherry in the Round 3 game which Mumbai won by a mammoth 233 runs. The five matches which Mumbai won were against Delhi, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. All of the matches were won comfortably by the most successful domestic team in Indian cricket’s history.
