Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni is very rarely active on social media. Even after retiring from international cricket in 2020, his fan following has hardly seen any dip. In fact, wherever the CSK side play, it seems like a home game with fans wanting to catch a glimpse of the legendary cricketer, realising that the wicketkeeper-batter is in the last phase of his career. Dhoni is rarely active on social media. However, fans do get to see bit of him from time to time on his wife Sakshi's social media handle.
It was a similar story this time around as well Sakshi shared a video featuring the charismatic captain and their daughter Ziva. The two can be seen having a fun time with their pets. The video has gone viral on social media.

Meanwhile, Dhoni recently CSK to their record-equalling fifth IPL title. Despite playing with an injury, Dhoni did not miss a single game in the entire season. However, soon after the tournament was over, the stumper had a surgery in Mumbai. While it was being anticipated that IPL 2023 could be his final season in the T20 tournament, he has promised to return for another season as a gift for his fans.
However, that will depend on how he recovers after the surgery and whether he is physically fit for the exertion of yet another season of the cash-rich league. Since Dhoni plays only in one tournament throughout the year, his training for it starts way before other players and quite similar could be the case this time around as well with Dhoni looking determined to return in the famed Yellow Number 7 jersey.
