Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman is going through an extremely rough patch in the Asia Cup. The man who outclassed India in the Champions Trophy 2017 finals is now struggling to score runs in UAE conditions. After getting out on a duck in his last two innings, he managed to score 31 runs against India on Sunday. However, he couldn’t last long as he was hunted down by Chinaman Kuldeep Yadav in a bizarre fashion.


The incident happened in the 14th over of the first innings. Zaman, who was attempting a slog-sweep against Kuldeep, left everyone confused as he ended up rolling on the ground and was given out lbw by the umpire.


In an attempt to play the sweep shot, Zaman landed the front foot on the heel but slipped to fall over.

The replay of the incident showed that the ball touched the gloves but instead of taking the review, Zaman chose to walk back.
