After 10 months and 13 days, ace Indian quick Bhuvneshwar Kumar scalped a wicket in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Bowling against the Delhi Capitals on Thursday, he rattled the stumps of Prithvi Shaw, drawing the first blood for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

The incident happened in the third over of the game when the SRH stand-in skipper delivered a slow off-cutter which Shaw failed to pick well and played across the line. The ball rammed into the wickets and left Shaw completely bamboozled.

The young DC opener ended up scoring 11 off 11 balls, failing to get his team off to a strong start.

Here’s the video:

Earlier, SRH invited DC to bat first at the Kotla track. Shaw opened the innings with Shikhar Dhawan and got off to a decent start with two amazing boundaries in the Bhuvneshwar’s opening over. However, it was the senior pacer, who had the last laugh and came back to clean up Shaw in his second over.
