New Delhi: If India manage to defeat New Zealand in the second T20 encounter on Saturday, it will call for a double celebration in the Indian dressing room as the hosts will take the three-match T20 series home and Indian skipper Virat Kohli will celebrate his 29th birthday.

It is bound to be special evening at the Saurashtra Cricket Association stadium as it will be hosting its second T20 international and at the stroke of 12 (November 5), the Indian ace will cut his birthday cake for the second consecutive time in Rajkot.

Last year, India played England in the first Test of the five-match series which took place from 9 November but the Indian team had reached Rajkot on November 5 to celebrate Virat’s birth anniversary.

Virat was also joined by Bollywood actress and his girlfriend Anushka Sharma in the previous year celebrations but it remains to be seen whether the actress gifts Virat with her presence on his special day.

Meanwhile, Team India will also look to gift Virat with another series victory and continue their dominance on world cricket.

However, the Indian team has had a bad record against the Kiwis as they have won only 1 out of 7 games played.
