India cricket team captain Virat Kohli is not just a trend setter with his stellar batting heroics but also a role model for millions of fitness freaks with his superlative and disciplined fitness regime.

It is a well established fact in the cricketing circles that Kohli and fitness go hand in hand and the fitness freak is leaving no stone upturned to keep himself fit during the Covid-19 enforced break which has left many cricketers stranded indoors for over three months.

Days after showcasing his immense strength by executing some fly push-ups; Kohli, on Friday, shared yet another glimpse of his astounding fitness levels as he uploaded a video of himself, with a Punjabi song blaring in the background, doing multiple power snatch reps.

His post read: "If I had to make a choice of one exercise to do everyday, this would be it. Love the power snatch."

Kohli who has set the benchmark of a very high fitness level in the Indian team has been inspiring his fellow team mates by sharing some really tough fitness drills through his hard core physical regime amid the lockdown.

A couple of days ago, Kohli posted a video on social media doing push ups with a bit of a variation after getting  impressed by teammate Hardik Pandya's fly push-ups, the same exercise.

"Hey @hardikpandya7 loved your fly push ups. Here's adding a little clap to it," Kohli said in a tweet with a video where he is seen doing fly pushups.

India all-rounder Hardik had recently posted a video on Twitter, doing fly pushups at his gym.

"Stronger. Fitter. Still under construction @krunalpandya24, I challenge you bhai! Let's see how many you can do," Hardik said in the post. Elder brother and India all-rounder Krunal took up his challenge and did the same.

The drill caught fitness freak Kohli's eye and the ace batsman did not miss out and he came up with his own rendition of the exercise.
