New Delhi: India cricket team captain Virat Kohli is expected to soon return to practice after the MHA issued new guidelines of Lockdown 4.0. As per the new regulations, sports complexes and stadiums can be opened without spectators presence.

Ahead of his much-anticipated return, skipper Kohli took to social media platform Instagram to share a motivational message for his fans. Kohli shared a photo of himself from a match against West Indies and wrote: "No need to look back. As we move only one way - AHEAD," the best batsman in the world captioned the picture.

With the sporting events being cancelled across the world due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Virat Kohli has self-quarantined himself at his home and his spending some quality time with his wife Anushka Sharma.

Recently, in an interview, Virat Kohli said he and Anushka never thought they would be able to spend so much time with each other.

"Since we have known each other, this is honestly the longest we have spent together. Usually, I am on tour or Anushka has been working, I go see her or she's working in Mumbai and I happened to be home during those days.

"There's something or the other happening! There's one person going to work or doing something that has to be done, but this is the time when both of us have just been together every day and it's been so amazing. We never thought that we would get to spend so much time like this," Kohli said exclusively on Star Sports' show Cricket Connected.
