He is currently donning the Blue jersey in the ongoing T20 World Cup in Australia.  On his birthday, Star Sports posted a video where Virat Kohli answered a few of the most googled questions about him. The former India captain politely replied when asked about whether he is the 'GOAT' of cricket. He said, "No, I don't think I would consider myself the GOAT of cricket. Only two people qualify for that, Sachin Tendulkar and Sir Vivian Richards."

Virat Kohli, the highest run-getter in the history of T20 World Cups, has so far scored three fifties in four T20 WC matches.  In the match against Bangladesh, Kohli scored 64 runs in just 44 balls on Wednesday.  He became the leading run-getter in men’s T20 World Cup cricket during the Super 12 match against Bangladesh at the Adelaide Oval.


Kohli reached the feat when he crossed 16 runs, surpassing the Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene’s record tally of 1016 runs. Kohli has scored the most number of fifties in T20 World Cups.
