In the video, a man can be seen sitting beside a girl as he enjoys live cricketing action while allegedly chewing 'Gutka' and talking to someone over the phone.
Former India cricketer Cricketer Wasim Jaffer shared a meme while tweeting the video via his official Twitter handle. It was after this that this Kanpur cricket fan's video spread like wildfire.

Famous Kanpur-based comedian Anu Awasthi also released a 3-minute video to talk about the way the man was chewing 'Gutka' in a typical Kanpuriya style.
Name Of Viral Cricket Fan Revealed
The cricket fan, who became a sensation overnight on social media with the video, is named Shobhit Pandey. He said that he arrived at the Green Park Stadium with his sister for the first day of the Ind vs NZ Test match.
A businessman by profession, Shobhit admitted that he is fond of eating 'Gutka', but as per his narration, his Gutka was confiscated by security personnel at Green Park Stadium.
After this, he asked his sister for a sweet betel nut (meethi supari) and while he was having it, the camera showed him on Live TV and on the big screen.
Shobhit said he would soon quit Gutkha and arrived at the stadium today with a poster saying 'Gutka Khana Galat Baat Hai'.
