Ponting mentioned that Kuldeep Yadav chose not to bowl to Tristan Stubbs during the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 2024 net sessions, aiming to avoid giving away any tactics before the T20 World Cup. Notably, both Kuldeeo Yadav and Tristan Stubbs play for the same IPL franchise– Delhi Capitals.

Kuldeep Yadav Refused To Bowl To Me During IPL 2024: Tristan Stubbs


Back in May 2024, Delhi Capitals batter Tristan Stubbs claimed Kuldeep Yadav repeatedly declined to bowl to him during practice sessions throughout the IPL 2024 season. Stubbs mentioned that despite his efforts to face Kuldeep in the nets, the spinner consistently refused. During an appearance on The Grade Cricketer podcast, Stubbs shared his experience when asked about facing Kuldeep in practice.


“He won’t bowl to me. I’ve tried to go face him a few times. He won’t bowl. I think he is trying to keep it a mystery. But I’ve tried to face him. He is not having it,” he said on The Grade Cricketer podcast.
