The Virat Kohli-hemmed Indian cricket team is hailed as one of the best fielding units in the world courtesy a group of top gun fielders who are supremely fit and extremely agile on the green turf. While the likes of skipper Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja are considered the best fielders , the three men who need to be credited for bringing about a change in the outlook towards fielding were Yuvraj Singh, Mohammad Kaif and Suresh Raina.

Widely considered as one of India's most complete fielders in all forms of the game, the naturally athletic Suresh Raina took to his official Twitter handle to share an inspiring fitness video. He captioned his post - "Don't forget to be proud of the little things that you accomplish throughout the day. You got This!"

Raina who has pretty much been out of favour from the national team for around 3-4 years has worked really hard on his fitness and has been leaving no stone unturned to keep himself fit amid the Covid-19 enforced lockdown.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) stalwart is one of the few Team India cricketers to have resumed training sessions amid the COVID-19 pandemic. He recently hit the nets along with 22-year-old Pant in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad.

The hard hitting left-handed strokemaker, was part of India's 2011 World Cup-winning as well as 2013 Champions Trophy teams, last turned out for in an ODI for the 'Men in Blue' in 2018 during the side's tour of England.
