Cricketer-turned-commentator Sanjay Manjrekar has once again returned to the commentary box. Significantly, he came under the BCCI's target for some of his controversial statements after which he was removed from the commentary panel. The commentator was not included in the commentary panel for IPL 2020 either. But now the BCCI once again included him in the commentary panel for India's tour of Australia.
Sanjay Manjrejar commentated in the India vs Australia 1st ODI, although the result remained the same, once again the fans trolled him brutally as some of his statements were not liked by Twitterati 'once again'.
Sanjay Manjrekar had requested the BCCI to reinstate him as commentator. For this, he also wrote a letter to the BCCI and offered to publicly apologize. But still BCCI decided to not include him in the list of IPL commentators. Now when he returns, he is in controversy yet again.

Ahead of the Ind vs Aus ODI game, Manjrekar picked his Probable XI. What created controversy was that his predicted XI had no place for team India's two leading all-rounders Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja.
The former cricketer has once again put forth his idea of playing a specialist batsman and bowler in India Playing XI rather than the all-rounders. Moreover, besides Kuldeep's name in the tweet, he mentioned 'Virat will choose Jadeja'.
Fans trolled him heavily for this. However, it is worth noting that Jadeja failed to impress in today's game. The all-rounder did not take a single wicket and gave away 63 runs in his 10 overs while he was dismissed for 25 runs when team India needed him to stay at the crease in the run-chase.
