Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary cricket who is currently enjoying a family trip to Jammu & Kashmir, is sharing glimpses of his vacation with fans. Not only is he admiring the picturesque landscapes but he also played a gully cricket match with the locals. In a recent Instagram video, Tendulkar could be seen batting, even batting with an inverted bat, accompanied by Indian Army soldiers.



The heartwarming session, set against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains, is winning hearts on social media with the video getting viral on social media, garnering a lot of attention and love.

'Sachin' Chants Echo In Flight


Earlier, Tendulkar was soon boarding a flight in which his fellow passengers turned fans began chanting 'Sachin, Sachin' as if he was going to bat. Even though the record holder of the most number of international runs retired from international cricket in 2013, there hardly seemed a dip in his fan following. The Bharat Ratna Award winner, Indian government's highest civilian recognition, acknowledged the love and support of his fans and stood up express his gratitude.

Notably, the ex-cricketer is enjoying a family vacation and was spotted with his wife Anjali and daughter Sara Tendulkar when he visited a bat factory in Pulwama. During an interaction with a factory person, the former Member Of Rajya Sabha said that the first bat of his life was a Kashmir Willow bat and he wanted to personally visit one of the factories. 

Tendulkar played 200 Test matches, 463 ODIs and 1 T20I during the course of his 24-year-long marathon career. He has 100 international hundreds to his name with 51 of them coming in ther red-ball format and 49 others coming in the 50-overs version.
