New Delhi: Rohit Sharma may not be having the best of IPL with the bat but he is certainly making amends in the field.
On a day when Kieron Pollard (70) played a scintillating knock with the bat and Samuel Badree picked up the first hat trick of IPL 2017, Rohit Sharma snapped a catch out of nowhere to stun the capacity crowd at the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore.
The Mumbai Indians captain who was again out for a duck to be the hat trick wicket of Samuel Badree, had pulled out the stunner earlier in the day while fielding.
It was a Krunal Pandya delivery which was missed timed by AB de Villiers. Rohit, standing at cover took a few steps and then flew towards his left to hold on to a stunning one handed catch.
