He said Hardik has not started bowling in the nets but is expected to start bowling soon and will be available to bowl in the Super 12 matches of the World Cup. 


After the toss in the warm-up match against Australia on Wednesday, Rohit Sharma said that Hardik will take some time to start bowling. He has not started bowling but he should be ready at any time during the tournament. Rohit said that in such a big tournament you always want to ensure that a player is 100% fit.


Hopefully, he will start bowling soon. It may be noted that Rohit Sharma was captaining Team India in this match against Australia. The Indian team won the match by 8 wickets. 


Shardul has been added to the 15 player squad.
