Virat Kohli viral video: In the IND vs AUS ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 final on November 18 (Sunday) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India's innings faced a brief interruption due to a pitch invasion. The game paused momentarily at the end of the 13th over when a spectator intruded onto the pitch. The intruder, donning a T-shirt with the message 'Stop bombing Palestine,' disrupted the match as he approached Virat Kohli, who appeared uneasy by the intrusion.

Security swiftly intervened to manage the situation. The individual, attired in a white T-shirt and red trousers, even managed to get close to Kohli and KL Rahul, who were building a partnership after the dismissals of captain Rohit Sharma (47) and KL Shreyas Iyer (4).

However, the security personnel at the Narendra Modi Stadium acted promptly, apprehending the intruder and escorting them off the field. Kohli and Rahul seemed displeased by the disruption as they were establishing a crucial partnership for India.

The man who invaded pitch in IND vs AUS ODI World Cup Final identified himself as John from Australia. "I entered (the field) to meet Virat Kohli. I support Palestine," he said.

Notably, in India's first World Cup 2023 match against Australia in Chennai, social media influencer Daniel Jarvis, also known as Jarvo, stormed onto the field. Jarvo, known for his repeated pitch invasions, had previously caused security concerns during an India Test match in England while wearing an Indian jersey.

Following his actions in the World Cup, the International Cricket Council (ICC) banned Jarvo from attending any further matches in the tournament. Security officials at the MA Chidambaram Stadium handed him over to the police, subsequently resulting in the cancellation of his visa.

Coming to the ongoing match, Rohit Sharma, after being put in to bat by Australia, started strong, scoring 47 runs off 31 balls, but was caught brilliantly by Travis Head off Glenn Maxwell's delivery in the 10th over. Shreyas Iyer's innings was short-lived, as he was dismissed by Cummins for just 4 runs. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul rebuilt the innings well before the former inside-edged a ball off Cummins onto the stumps leaving India 152-4 after 30 overs.
