Pakistan's wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal has been trolled many times for bad wicket-keeping, missing stumping chances behind the wicket and dropping catches. His team has also suffered many times due to his carelessness, but now surprisingly, he has made a record which no wicket-keeper has attained before in the history of cricket.

The 38-year-old already had made the record for the highest stumpings in T20 cricket, but he has now become the first wicket-keeper in the world to effect 100 stumpings in T20 cricket, the shortest format of the game.

Talking about international cricket, Dhoni has completed 123 stumpings in all formats (T20, ODI, Tests) and he is at the forefront of this list. At number two is Kumar Sangakkara with 99 stumpings.

Kamran achieved this feat during the National T20 Cup being played in Pakistan. The veteran created history in the match played between Central Punjab and Southern Punjab. The 100th stumping was done by Kamran as soon as the captain of Southern Punjab, Shaan Masood was stumped by him off Zafar Gauhar's bowling.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) is known to be the fastest wicketkeeper in the world. Apart from this, Dhoni has achieved almost all big records related to wicket-keeping in international cricket. But, Dhoni is behind Kamran when it comes to most stumpings in T20 cricket.

The former India skipper has 84 stumpings to his name, while Kumar Sangakkara is at number three with 60 stumpings. Dinesh Karthik has so far completed 59 stumpings and he is at number four in this list, while Mohammad Shahzad is at number five with 52 stumpings.
