Indian Cricket Team T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav's latest interaction with a Pakistani fan is making waves all over the social media, as the video has gone viral. In the video, the Pakistan fan can be heard asking the flamboyant batsman 'Aap Pakistan kyun nahi aa rahe ho' (Why aren't you guys visiting Pakistan?)

To this, SKY had a very interesting reply, as he said that 'Humaare haath mein thodi hai' (It's not in our hands).

Why Did The Fan Ask SKY To Come To Pakistan?

The real reason behind the question of Pakistan fan was the ongoing conflict between Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), as India are not agreeing to travel to Pakistan for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

PCB have reportedly rejected the 'hybrid' model proposal of India, and latest reports suggest that there lies a possibility of the entire change in venue, as Pakistan can potentially withdraw as the hosts of the competition.

India are currently in South Africa, contesting in the four-match T20I series, while the main team is gearing up to leave for Australia, as Rohit Sharma and Co. are set to take on Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series.

The five-match Test series will seal the fate of both the sides, as even a pair of defeats for either of the sides will hamper their chances of qualification into the World Test Championship 2025 Final.

Coming to the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, Pakistan are the reigning champions, as they inflicted a humiliating 180-run defeat on India in the final at The Oval, back in 2017.

The format makes its return after a period of 8 years, and fans will be hoping to not see a further delay in the resumption of the competition.
