Even though it's been over four years since MS Dhoni played his last international match, there is hardly any dip in his fan following. Almost anything that he does seems to attract eyeballs. While Dhoni was spotted playing a mobile game after which thousands of his fans started dowloading the same game, this time around the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain can be seen confessing his love for the game.
In a video which has gone viral on social media, Dhonoi can be seen suggesting a fan to visit Pakistan for good food. “You should go to Pakistan once for the food,” Dhoni can be heard saying in the video. However, the other person does not seem pleased with Dhoni's response. It is not yet clear who the other person in the video is who said: "I'm not going there even if you suggest good food. I love food, but I won't go there". ABP LIVE could not independently verify the authenticity of the video.

Meanwhile, Dhoni in all likelihood is expected to continue to lead CSK in IPL 2024. While he has been retained by the Men in Yellow and listed as the captain when coach Stephen Fleming was asked about Dhoni's succession plan, he jokingly suggested that there has been a plan in place for the gloveman since the last 10 years but he has continued to be useful for the team, leading them to their record-equalling fifth title last year.

CSK had a decent run at the IPL Auction which was held in Dubai on December 19. They roped in Rachin Ravindra, brought back Shardul Thakur while also investing in Sameer Rizvi, Mustafizur Rahman and Avanish Rao Aravelly to complete their squad.
